Bruschetta with Pachino Cherry Tomatoes and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Ingredients:

4 Thick slices of bread ideal for toasting
800 g Yellow and red Pachino cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Chives to taste
Salt to taste
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Method:

Wash, dry and dice the yellow and red Pachino cherry tomatoes. Place them in a bowl and season with a drizzle of oil and a sprinkle of salt.
Grease the bread slices with a little olive oil and toast for approximately 5 minutes at 210°C.
Take the slices of bread out of the oven and top them with the tomatoes and decorate with chives and a drizzle of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
