100 g Fresh prawns
400 g Buffalo mozzarella
Butter to taste
Fresh oregano to taste
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
Carefully wash and dry the fresh prawns, then cook them in a frying pan with the butter for about 5 minutes.
Cut the buffalo mozzarella into small pieces.
Arrange on a plate, add some fresh oregano and drizzle with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
