Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly and place them in a bowl (either cut into small pieces or leave whole, as preferred).
Season the fruit with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO (about 3 teaspoons), mixing gently but combining well, then leave to rest for at least 15 minutes. Serve on long wooden skewers.
