200 g Porcini mushrooms
Butter to taste
Fresh pennyroyal to taste
Traditional “Extra Vecchio” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Method:

Clean and dry the porcini mushrooms carefully, so as not to break them, then cut them into slices about 2 mm thick.
Cook the mushrooms in a frying pan together with the butter for about 7 minutes. Then serve and decorate with fresh pennyroyal. Drizzle the dish with Traditional “Extra Vecchio” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
