It is adaptable thanks to the perfect harmony and balance between the sweet aromatic components and the acetic aspects. These make it suitable to pair with any dish, from appetisers to desserts, from meats to fish, from elaborate and complex dishes to simpler recipes.
At the same time Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO is sensitive because, as it is mainly a condiment and not an ingredient, it is best placed directly on the table and used in its pure form.
