50 g Fresh lettuce
70 g Red cherry tomatoes
50 g Buffalo mozzarella
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Toasted bread to taste
Salt to taste
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
Wash and dry the lettuce thoroughly.
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Season with olive oil, salt and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, then serve with toasted bread.
