50 g Sicilian coarse salt
10 g Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
Heat the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO in a saucepan; once the mixture has cooled, add the Sicilian coarse salt.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes at 130°C.
Stir occasionally with a long wooden spoon. After the indicated time, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Once it is cool, store the salt in a container and use it as a condiment.
